Bille Joe Armstong
This is BJ Armstrong he's lead vocals, and guitar in my favorite band Green Day. I've been listening to them since I was nine, and I saw them live at MSG on May 31st... they were awesome! He also has the guitar I want. He's a total inspiration in his writing, and his guitar playing.
Kurt Cobain
Kurt Cobain is another idle because how expresses everything in his writing. He has been an inspration for everything that I've been through for the last year (when I got into punk). He's a great writer and he's greatly missed.
Dexter Holland
Dex is Guitar/Vocals for The Offspring, I've been listening to them just about as long as Green Day, and they're my second favorite band. Dex is an inspiration from his writing since he's so down to earth, and sees things from a pessimistic point of view. So go out and buy Ixnay On The Hombre it's their best one!
Tim "Lint" Armstrong
I've admired Tim from being in Rancid and Operation Ivy. I love both bands. They both are extremly good, and I miss my Op Ivy CD. I sort of lost it in Richie's Music Center.
Lars Fredeickson
Lars is the other guitar player in Rancid. He's also in Lars Frederickson and the Bastards.The song "To Have and To Have Not" is great download it or buy the self titled CD.
Davey Havok
Davey is lead singer in AFI (A Fire Inside). He's am extremely good lyricist Their latest album "The Art Of Drowning" is extremely good. I love AFI I listen to them when I write, and it makes me tremble it's really amazing how good of a lyricist he is. He's great inspiration to me.
